  • Hold an Open House ( Seller’s Option)

  • Local advertising such as: newspapers, magazines, postcards, etc.

  • Internet advertising such as: my website, office website, Realtor.com and various other websites.

  • Price your home to sell

  • Update you as to any changes you might need to make in response to the “Feedback” we receive from the showings on your property.

  • Pre-qualify all prospective buyers, when possible

  • Follow-up with all agents that have shown your home for their responses.

  • Represent you upon the presentation of all contracts by the cooperating brokers and to help in negotiating the possible price and terms for you.
